Accessibility Statement
for Agents Of
This accessibility statement applies to Agents of
This website is run by Agents Of. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. To support this, we’ve integrated the OneTap accessibility plugin, which allows users to:
-
adjust colours, contrast levels, and font sizes
-
enable dyslexia-friendly fonts and visual profiles
-
navigate using keyboard shortcuts or speech recognition software
-
zoom in up to 300% without text spilling off the screen
-
listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver)
We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.
If you need help customising your device, AbilityNet offers guidance for users with disabilities.
How accessible this website is
While OneTap improves accessibility for many users, some areas of the site still present challenges:
-
you cannot modify the line height or spacing of text beyond OneTap’s presets
-
most older PDF documents are not fully accessible to screen reader software
-
live video streams do not have captions
-
you cannot skip directly to the main content when using a screen reader
-
there’s a limit to how far you can magnify the map on our ‘contact us’ page

Technical information about this website’s accessibility
Agents Of is committed to making its website accessible, in line with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-accessible content
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
-
Some images lack descriptive alt text, making them inaccessible to screen readers. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.1.1 (non-text content). → We plan to add alt text to all images by September 2025. New content will meet accessibility standards.
Navigation and accessing information
-
On smaller screens, the FAQ accordion may cause layout jumps. → We aim to implement a smoother alternative by late 2025.
Content not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
PDFs and other documents
Documents published before 23 September 2018 are exempt unless essential to our services. All new PDFs and Word documents will meet accessibility standards.
Live video
Live video streams are exempt from captioning requirements under current regulations.
